Our specialty (single) coffees are roasted from the highest-quality green coffee beans to their greatest flavour potential. All our specialty coffees are free of defects and have a distinctive character in the cup, with a score of 80 or above when graded according to SCAA Standards. 

Roasted to a lighter level than our blends to show off the unique characteristics of individual beans from just one origin or source.

Best drunk as an espresso.
